Welcome to the Birth Sisters Doula page! I'm LaToshia Rouse, a wife of 21 years and a mother of four teenagers, with extensive experience in healthcare. My journey in this field began after the birth of my triplets. Their birth fueled my passion to ease the process for families welcoming new babies. I now connect families with essential resources, education, navigation support, and tools to enhance their experience. As a doula, I provide comprehensive prenatal, labor, postnatal support, ensuring that you and your family receive the attention you need. I've also broadened my support by becoming a Spinning Babies Certified Parent Educator, training in herbal medicines birth, and completing LAMAZE Childbirth Educator training, among other qualifications. I believe in continuous education to enhance my skills. I've also extended my support by training other doulas to deliver high-quality support as a part of the Birth Sisters team.
